The service was good however the key was not available when we arrived for pickup. Also they need to add wind shield wiper fluid & clean the dash etc with car wipes.

I did NOT select this location, which was inconveniently located -- UHaul directed me to this location AFTER I made my reservation. On-site representative was surly and claimed no ability to provide the key to the truck, telling me to "do it all on the app." Tried using the app but was unable to get a code to release the truck's key from the local lockbox. Called location's phone number but no response. Had to contact U-Haul "traffic" to obtain the truck - per her orders, the location representative provided the truck key. Even then, the location did not have the dozen furniture pads that I ordered (and needed) for this move, so I had to go to another U-Haul location to obtain the furniture pads.
Paul AThe guy running the counter at this location had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He had me call a phone number and speak to a lady on the phone who began yelling at me because the guy didn’t know how to do his job. I handed the phone to him and listened for several minutes as they went back and forth. Eventually I got back on the phone with the lady and was able to complete the transaction. Absolutely ridiculous, definitely never again.
Cory HThe person in charge didn’t know what he was doing. He was rude. After 6 phone calls initiated by me to U-Haul, and a number of emails—3 days later I was finally checked out. Totally frustrating. If this is your drop off destination. RUN AWAY!
JOHN CWhen I got home, I checked the tire pressure. One of tires only had 12 pounds of pressure in it. No help attaching the trailer to my car. They didn’t look the see if the hitch was attached to the ball correctly didn’t look to see if the break lights and signals worked. I won’t use them again.
