I have been charged $70 (40mi) for distance rate. When I only drove the truck for 6mi. When I returned the truck, Cashier told me it’s $80 and change and what I see on my credit card is $142.

Great customer service
ANGELA BGetting the truck and drop off was awful. Made me download and app and forces the paying customer to do all the work required in picking up and drop off. The location has little cell service but expects everything done on an app that can’t be downloaded due to the service.
