JACOB HThe man who runs the store is rude and impossible. Twice I have rented from this U-Haul and reserved. Twice I have arrived to be told I was late and he had rented out the vehicle. What is the point of reserving? Then after arriving and him be rude to us he mysteriously finds a van. I will never rent from there again and I spread the word around the communities. One of the benefits of working with the public we can spread the word about his terrible business practice.
