I didn't reserve for this location, so my feedback would be to make sure the topaz location has the vehicle that people reserved 3 months ahead!

CINDY FThe previous customer was VERY late getting the cargo van back so I was ah hour late on my ,4 hour rental! Seems to me they should keep a vehicle in reserve for such occasions. I missed the hours for the recycling centre and donation centre due to the delay.
