You need fix your website with the issue of asking for your location after every step. You also need to work on training with your customer service group as I was transferred 9 over 40 minutes and sent to 3 different locations with the reservation that I already had made. If it wasn't for an employee from the original location coming in while closed I would not have ended up being able to p/u my rental. I will not rent nor recommend U Haul to anyone until the issues are addressed. Note I will end up needing at least 2 more rentals over the next month and I will need to go with another provider.

No paper work when picked up or when returned. When I received receipt I was billed $120 for Save Move it was never discussed or approved. I made a special trip to Elite Flooring, I was told they could not give credit I would have to call Traffic U-haul
