I was okay with it except we did not get our deposit back even though there was no problems. Told we would get it back automatically from u-haul. As of today I have not

GERALD DDon't make your customers wait an hour for you to show up. Update your tandem axle trailers towing capacity. You should never hook onto a trailer with a higher gvwr than your vehicle. I was u hual approved to be stranded overnight as the roadside assistance was a joke. Was charged the full week when the trailer broke my car down and I had to return it early. I am now having to tow my vehicle all the way back from Ontario.
