The vehicle was clean and most of the maintenance was fine. The problem was the mirrors did not move for me to get them in focus for the side view mirrors they seem to be glued in position and I could not use especially passenger side mirror other than that, the truck was fine, but it was very dangerous. Driving that way.

MARY MThey had just moved to a different building and a new office, so no one was at the address of the office listed. The U-Haul rep quit the day before we picked up our trailer,, so another guy was helping us and we were his first U-Haul customers. It took a little while for the paperwork, but he got through it and helped us hook up the trailer. Overall good and not the representative’s fault. I’m sure future pick ups will go well after a few more customers roll through.
