The condition of the 15‑foot truck I received was wholly unacceptable. The interior cab was filthy, the cargo area was in the same condition, and the gas cap was so damaged it could not even be removed. Had I run out of fuel, this would have created a serious and unnecessary problem. The service at this location fell far below the standards any customer should expect. Although I needed the vehicle and there were no alternatives available on-site, this experience has left me far from a satisfied U‑Haul customer. You must do significantly better. I worked for U‑Haul when I was in high school, and I remember the pride we took in maintaining those trucks. Every vehicle was inspected, cleaned, and prepared with care before it ever went back out on the road. The standards I encountered today are nowhere near what they once were, and that decline is unacceptable.

Michael WThe attendant was rude and dismissive. I picked up the truck early because the website was down and he could not make the reservation for me. So he told me to come in as soon as possible to guarantee Th e o get the truck. I did just that. I returned the truck 1 hour later which is the time I calculated for and he charged me a whole extra day. J I’m mode in the truck and said nothing to me. He just waived hi hand dismissing me. No final information about the rental. I had to look at my email to see the transaction. I will not rent nor recommend this location to anyone.
