WINDSHIELD WAS VERY DIRTY WITH LOTS OF DRYED BUGS, MAKING IT UNSAFE TO DRIVE. PLUS, I DID FUEL UP THE VEHICLE WITH $65 UP TO THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED AND I WAS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ADDITIONAL MONIES ON MY CARD FOR 2 ADDITIONAL GALLONS.

This place was horrible. They didn’t even have the drop box sent up. We had to call UHaul to see what we could do since we were dropping off on a day the place was closed but they were not prepared for drop off. They do not have parking. You have to leave vehicle by the side of the road which is a freeway. We wasted almost two hours trying to see how UHaul wanted us to do a drop off in such a shady place. Never again.
