The key box lock was not 3asy to open. Tried for several minutes before can get it to open. Other than that all was ok.

Cordelia CThe guy sit in the office and I had to hook up the trailer to my truck. He did not help me. He didn't even check to see if I hooked the trailer up correctly. This was the worst service I've ever gotten from Uhual. I will not ever rent from there again! To be honest I should recei e a total refund for this horrible service.
