We initially reserved a 5X8 and up graded to the 6X12 and I was completely satisfied as to how well it trailed behind my F- 150 , there was no swaying as well, so yea, thanks for trying to maintain quality equipment

Douglas Wmake reservations correctly, let's just start with that. the agent at this location put the wrong sized truck and the wrong pickup time, even though I was there in person making the reservation and it was not busy. I was mystified and had to waste more time calling to change what he put in wrong.
