Confusing drop off. The LOT was unorganized and very muddy (due to snow...) but I got charged for having mud in the cabin...and the inky reason I got back in to the cabin was because you require a picture if the odometer and the gas level...which didn't upload anyway! Plus I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up and wasnt told I had only 85 miles total for the day. I traveled from Santa Fe to Las Vegas which is 67 miles. I had to find a storage unit so I of course went over the allotted miles and was charged for that too. I'm ok with the charge for the mileage but NOT OK with the charge for the cleaning fee. The rep in Las Vegas could care less. He said he "checked in 4 other trucks the same time and they were fine". I call BS. I hope you open another drop off location in Las Vegas. I don't want to deal with him again.

The main thing I hated was that at no time I was given a hard copy receipt I still want one not something that I have to look up on my phone create a password and go through all that crap yes I'm old school I'm still going to call to have you send me a hard copy ken Wilson
