Make sure you have all the extras (dolly, blanket, boxes, etc) ready for the customer. Got charged for the dolly and it was not inside the truck making me spend extra money/milleage/time. Got back to the location 3:55 pm (closes at 4:00 pm) and nobody was there

Franklin TMuddy footprints in the back not cleaned. Many locations more convenient. Staff was amazing though! Most importantly, please notify drivers that there is a speed restriction on the trucks. Mine was 75 mph which is below the speed limit through Utah. Very frustrating to try to pass slow traffic and be in the passing lane below the speed limit.
