Why Uhaul had me drive over 10 miles away to drop off the trailer is beyond me. Especially when there was a hub 2 miles away. Then to find out, the drop off location told Uhaul they weren’t taking trailers. Melissa was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Especially after I had to drive over 30 minutes out of my way, yes, 10 miles took 30 minutes. Uhaul needs to do better and be more convenient to the customer.
