I dropped off after hours so have no idea about personnel, etc. But again, uhaul wanted me to drop off 15 - 20 mi completely in an opposite direction. I did contact uhaul and they changed it back to my original drop off.
KATHRYN MThe outside of the van was absolutely filthy. The equipment horn did not work, which is not right not good and I brought the truck back in 25 hours and got charged an extra day 20 I got charged 23 hours of the truck being out I was charged another day Not good service practice.
