The location was very off-putting. The office was a converted cargo container and it was a mess. The reservation was ready but we also reserved moving/furniture pads and was told he didn't have any. So I had to drive to the opposite side of town to get those which was inconvenient AND added to almost 15 miles onto the mileage we were charged.
CHRISTOPHER Pthere were several issues, but the one that makes me reach out negatively is following. I rented a 15 foot box truck and returned it and paid fo it fully, i wanted to then rent a cargo van for a few more days. the lady wood not rent it to me because i had an out of state license, i need to prove why i was there in las vegas. I told here i was working at the convention center, showed her my insurance certificate that had the convention centers name on it. She said it needed the convention centers address and would not suffice. I also told her i had my plane ticket leaving las vegas she said it would not be enough information. I understood she had no interest in renting me the van, chose to walk back to my hotel and then the convention center. maybe she was following protocol becase she said i should not have been rented the original box truck even though i had it reserved for three weeks earlier. if you are intrested in the other issues i had please reach out
