Very frustrating process vehicle was left infront of parking lot gate I called customer service spoke with 3 people I was infront of gate to U haul parking lot I was told to just leave the vehicle infront of the gate which I did not want to do because it was exposed outside anyone can tamper with the vehicle also the picture needed to be taken and I had to get far enough pictures where I was close to a busy street not safe at all could have been a lot easier if they gave us a temporary pin to park the vehicle in the lot and then leave the key and walkout. I was also told by the customer service rep that I could park the vehicle on the side where it was very tight and I had to reverse in a very busy street not safe at all. I do not like to put my self at risk for any accidents I spend 1 hour during the whole process I will never use this location again.

We had difficulty navigating the app to upload our drivers license. It would have been helpful to be able to pay and upload before we arrived so we weren’t doing it in the dark in a parking lot. I had asked the day before and was told we needed to wait.
