i think the buying su haul insurance tactic is weird...if there is an accident i could be held liable for $35,000 plus all possible income that particular truck would of made regardless who is at fault...?
RALPH MWent to go pick up a uhaul from this location and there was an older gentleman... I was very polite and courteous but I just felt that it was reciprocated at all. I say hello he didn't say a word, I said "thank you have a great day...." there was silence from his end. Didn't feel like my business is needed here at all and felt like he could at least acknowledge customers and say something back. Trucks smelt like cigarettes and not very clean. It did the job though. Probably won't go back here. I would rather drive an extra 5 miles and pay the extra money to not deal with service like that. Thank you.
