Check in time was wrong but she wason lunch break. It was dropped off around 1:30 PM 8/28/26. I normally don't leave reviews but the employee at the desk, Decatur and cactus on 8/28 has a bad attitude!! As a customer if I have questions then answer them without getting into your feelings. Idc abt how you treat your family or anyone else while dealing with me. If the mileage is NOT 'mathing' to me, then help me through it without the attitude. She ain't got no ownership or stock in the company, I was real close to cursing her behind out because I got TIME TODAY!

Adrian GI recently rented an appliance dolly at your Uhaul location at 10270 S Decatur and was greeted by two associates J and K. Soo sorry I have short term memory with names. Extremely friendly and professional even with dealing with the hot heat both inside and outside. Transaction went smoothly and very informative. I highly recommend this Uhaul location.
