Let them know when renting a 10 ft truck that it does not have a ramp. When I made the reservation I explained to them why I needed the truck and dolly and they never said a word to me that it did not have a ramp. So the fee for the dolly was useless for the 2 days. Never used it at all. Upon returning the truck I was told that I was late that I only rented it for 1 day which it was for 2 days.
