The outside of the van was absolutely filthy. The equipment horn did not work, which is not right not good and I brought the truck back in 25 hours and got charged an extra day 20 I got charged 23 hours of the truck being out I was charged another day Not good service practice.

Gregory Dmaybe a wifi for customer.. i did try the uhaul app for return but the pictures wouldnt load. Having a customer wifi would probably make it easier.
