(Not this location, but experience with Uhaul in general) The website kept messing up my reservation. The original pick up location I chose was changed to farther away. Then the rate I was offered was changed after I went to pick up. I spent an extra 45 min trying to get it figured out. His to be told that a customer service ticket/complaint would need to be filed. The drop off location changed 3 times at least. I left the tank above half full as I picked it up at 9/16. Then was charged 3 gal to get it to the 9/16. Picture shows it is clearly above half way. With only 1/4 tank markers, it’s pretty hard to get that accurate for to charge me. Staff at Utah was really helpful. But the system really messed things up

Barry NThe appliance mover was sitting across the front 2 seats and ripped the upholstery. It was there because I used the 24 hour pickup method and they needed to leave it in a locked environment. Not a good fit to say the least. Then it took well over an hour to receive the keys because of the horrible security checks to release the keys. I will never use that service again.
