Dropped the truck off on 7/28/24 @3:30pm they did not close my account out until 7/30/24. I had someone from another location asking me when was I dropping it off. This service was poor both ways.

The owner was uninformed unaware did not know how to process the order. The office was tremendously dirty and smelly. No sense of professional. I highly recommend that you visit this location. Equipment and blankets were thrown throughout the office . The place is hot mess not to mention the owner appearance and hygiene was the utmost unpleasant and totally u professional. The .man had on white sock that were completely dirty that the color was black and grey and he had on flip flops with a dirty t-shirt. Simply not a representation of uhaul. No to mention the the truck he gave me the check engine light was on so I request to swapped out the truck wh8ch he did but proceed to tell me that it was ok to simply take the 2nd truck. I informed him that I needed the.papwrwork to check the vehicle in. Ilhe was unaware and lack the knowledge to update my reservation in the system and had to call customer service to do. Customer update according but failed to send out a new checking with the updated vehicle tag. The lady in customer service proceeded to tell me that it was fi e no additional. Paperwork is need. I explained to her that that is absolutely not true as the previous link sent is no longer valid as ot relates to the vehicle with the check engine light and that she need to produce documents for the vehicle that was swapped to with no engi e light. Once I explained she huff and puff and make rude comments to which I replied AM sorry you have to do your job. The experience was really awfully. I would advise any one to not rent a uhaul at this location
Lyndell BLocation did not have the equipment that I had reserved (dollies). Other locations (even the big one in hyatsville did not ahve any either (i had to tour 4 locations until I gave up and bought 2 dollies). Renta; location did not close the transaction for 4 days, which resulted in mme being contacted by main office twice to explain I had returned the vehicle on time.
Eduardo RReserved my 15’ truck two weeks In advance. Two days before my pick up date I was called by u haul to inform me my truck was not available. Next day u haul called and I was informed there was a 15’ truck available at a different location. Had to navigate the u haul app with the nice u haul lady on the line. O boy that was nerve racking. Finally our truck was reserved. We were told by your u haul representative (very helpful nice lady) that she would give us a $50.00 discount for our issues caused by u haul over booking trucks. Oh well that did not happen. That’s why your getting a below average rating. Have a nice day.
David AI returned my truck with in two hours of renting but was sent an email that my truck was never returned 4 days later.
