CHARLES OGoogle said location was OPEN when it fact no one was at the location. I used the drop box for the key and everything turned out okay, but a location shouldn't come up as OPEN when in fact it is not open.
ANDREW RHad a flat tire on the double axle trailer when we picked it up. Rental agent gave us four quarters, told us to go pump it up and you will be fine. Tire was flat the next morning. Had to call U-Haul and they took care of getting a new tire installed.
