online/self check in is awful and don't recommend it for anyone. first things first, it didn't detect my location and kept telling me i wasn't close enough although i was parked right outside of the office next to my rented uhaul. i then call customer service who transferred me to tech support because she could see the app was telling me i was still a mile away, although i was stillllll sitting next to the uhaul outside of the office. this lady then takes 20 minutes to walk me through all of my settings that were already turned on. i will say, the only thing good was that they did change my reservation time to 830 since it took so long to get checked in but i don't recommend self check in for anyone.Elizabeth S.

Universal Storagw was great. It was everything else about uhaul that sucked. And my account was never credited the $50 for the inconvenience of not being able to get a truck in Baldwin costing me $40 in mileage that it should have cost me. I requested the truck way in advance. Then was treated like crap my customer service because you couldn't get me one. Very frustrating. The whole experience was bad. The fact that my address will not update in your system or my payment info. ALSO WHERE IS MY CREDIT????Mary M.
There was no appliance dolly for our order. We had to go back to the store when they opened. This out is behind on our moving schedule. And the guy who helped us was rude as hell about is not having the dolly.Robert F.
