WHY CHARGE A $35 CLEANING FEE? I NOTED THE FRONT TIRE AND RUNNING BOARD HAVE A LITTLE BIG OF MUG ON IT BUT NO A ISSUE FOR THIS CHARGED, IF INSTEAD OF JUST RECEIVED THE VEHICLE KEY, THEY SHOULD COME OUT AND DO A VEHICLE WALK AROUND WITH CUSTOMER AND POINT ANY ISSUE WITH IT, IN THIS CASE I'M LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO THIS LOCATION AND I COULD RUN TO MY HOUSE AND SPRAY SOME WATER WITH MY GARDEN HOSE, THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING THAT SOMEONE COULD DO THIS KIND OF CHARGE TO YOUR BANK CARD BECAUSE THEY HAVE ASSET TO IT, NOT FAIR SINCE I DIDN'T AUTHORISED TO DO SO,
