I was completely satisfied with the drop off location. The only suggestion I have is make it easier to find, maybe a sign at the end of the road. The rep was professional and had me on my way quickly.

Please discuss mileage numbers with all customers!!! I was put down for 30 miles which would not be enough miles at all causing me to be charged more!!! I called the number I purchased the uhaul from but she lied and said she couldn’t tell me anything. I then called the place I picked the uhaul up from and they also said said they couldn’t tell me anything.

joe bThe owner did not show up until 8:15. I was supposed to pick the trailer up at 8. He also changed what i had put in my online order. he added the insurance that i had dropped. i didnt realize this until i had pulled off. So my bill was $20 more than what i had ordered online!
