david aThe 10ft truck was very dated and the seat didn't adjust so I had to drive on the edge of the seat to reach the pedals but the owner was nice and it was easy to check in for my rental. But definitely could use more updated trucks...
Brittany O1. There was a cigarette ash in the truck's console that seems to indicate that some previous driver was a smoker. 2. I had to cancel a first reservation and engage another reservation (due to having to look around for the size truck I wanted). The UHaul web site did not let me cancel my reservation on-line and I had to call the UHaul Center to cancel. 3. In summary, a clean truck and no driving issues to report.
