I made a reservation and when I got there to pickup the vehicle it was not there I was told they will put me in another vehicle but ok then what's the use of making a reservation. Night mare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to have the fact that a $100 deposit is required for debit cards listed next to its selection. I rented the van and found that the rubber floor mat difficult to maneuver or slide boxes into the van. I had to literally get into the van a pick up the boxes to put them in place because they could not slide across the mat.

Frantisek KThe truck was okay it just had mud inside from previous driver and the front bumper guard was hanging down. Otherwise easy to drive and well maintained. The facility we picked up from is just a little outdated and over crowded with a slight language barrier with the owner.
STACEY CUnhygienic truck. Mold in vents and air filter needs a second look. There was sludge in the truck both in the front compartment and on the floor inside the truck. Owner was a little unprofessional and rude.
