The guy that runs this location is wonderful to work with. He calls you before your pickup to make sure things are lined up before your arrival and he also works with you for the best rental. I’ve rented from him three times and each time his customer service was incredible.

TRACEY LThe truck I was assigned was blocked in. I called support for assistance. They said they could switch me from a 15ft to a 20ft truck, and gave me the code for the key. As I was completing the check out inspections, etc, I discovered the app reflected a 9ft van. I had to call back in and they had to assign me to the proper truck. Responses were quick and agents helpful, but I was frustrated that the truck was blocked, and I had to call in twice before I could complete the pick up.
