Customer service was great!
LARRY TThe key was not in the lockbox when I came to pick it up. Fortunately, I was able to speak to a human and someone came quickly, but I was on a time crunch and that put me back about a half hour. The van itself was fine, but there was a maintenance/service warning that stayed on so I was a little worried about our travel, and I had to adjust and go old school with no bluetooth capability or USB plug. If I had known, I would have brought my old phone holder that goes on the dash so I could see the map better.
