Checked equipment in a couple days early. Person seemed uninterested. Then a get a phone call that equipment was late. Obviously didn't do check in of equipment correctly.

Martin LI was never called and contacted that the truck was not at the location that I booked it for (which is one minute from where I moved out of). So I went to the location I booked at, waited in line for almost an HOUR just to find out my reservation had been moved without contacting me!! I literally cried at the UHAUL office in Bountiful because I had been dropped off and now I had to call my parents to come pick me up and my entire move was delayed due to your mistake. All you had to do was communicate with me and you could not even do that. It was an absolutely terrible experience and your customer service is abysmal. Will not be using UHAUL ever again. You ruined my entire move.
MADISON JThere wasn't anyone at the drop off. I wasn't sure where to park the truck exactly - there were no Uhaul parking signs. I did the entire drop off process on my phone following the instructions given. It was easy enough to follow.
