The owner of this place was very rude. He was not there and the the girl jill had to call and ask him questions regarding my rental and logging in and he was yelling and cussing at her and ended up hanging up on her because I was in the office while she was talking to him. I was so uncomfortable I went outside and waited. She was a super sweet girl and he was just so mean.

cecil mThis location charged me more than I was originally quoted for. They added coverage that I didn't approve and they didn't authorize any amount with me. They also didn't charge my account until 45 minutes later.. very shady
