The app says 60 some but then they charge you 180 at the end of the day it's a rip off

I had to go out of my way to pick up a truck which was difficult to do with my circumstances and so last minute. It would have been really good to know sooner than the day before that I would have to do that. Especially as a 1way move.
Tayler JWe reserved a 26 ft truck and a 6×'12 trailer for pick up in swift current to move to chilliwack bc. We didn't find out until the day before that neither equipment was available in our area. We had to drive over an hour each way to leader saskatchewan to pick up a truck one size down and trailer. It didn't fit all of our items. Which we had to dispose of alot of good household items and personal items on short notice. It also held us up getting to our destination a day late. Very disappointed and upset at having to do that. We also had to hire a junk removal company to pick up the items we had to leave behind. The uhaul in leader did give us a discount. So just upset at the items we couldn't take with us. Not sure why our reservation was not what we wanted. We did reserve almost a month before move.
