There is more to this story than just the wonderful service at the Lebanon location. It started in Nashville after a different rental location confirmed my reservation but, upon arrival, didn't have the equipment, including a car carrier. I walked next door to U-haul. They had the truck but not the trailer. They reserved the trailer, made arrangements for me to pick it up, found every available discount and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I am so grateful to all three locations. The drop-off location was convenient and friendly as well. All the U-haul locations were wonderful. They saved me from a very poor decision that I made based on "Budget" instead of reputation.
