Stick to original agreement. Actual pickup location was NOT the same as original reservation, costing extra time and aggravation. The video check in was difficult and time-consuming as well.

Tamara FThe help was not helpful, delayed trip both picking up and dropping off with incorrect problem solving (picking up) and being AWOL from the desk then indecision on where they wanted it parked AFTER everything was unhooked despite leaving it exactly where I picked it up (dropping off). I left, leaving it exactly where I picked it up.
