Hiccup at first, obtaining the equipment However, I was told on the phone that if I returned the equipment before the drop-off, I would be discounted for rental. I picked up in Catskill, NY on June 30. I rushed, given this information, to drop-off on July 3. My rental was until the 5th. After dropping off, I was told I could not get those days back - after pressing, I was told I could be given those 2 days back. I called the Uhaul and had the owner of the drop-off speak to them, validating drop-off I have yet to receive that discount applied.
