It wasn't the location per say but the fact that I ordered one size truck, was confirmed that and then the day before informed a different location over 20 miles away and nit given the option to have a discount for the 1.39 per mile extra x2 that I would have had to drive.

Amy BIt would be great to not have to do the whole photo thing when returning via the app for repeat customers. I understand the need for it, but if I regularly rent the truck and return it in good condition, it would be incredible if this could be waived. This adds ~10 minutes to the return process. If I could drop the key and go, I would be much more likely to rent a truck.
