Rec’d text notification from U Haul on the Tuesday (following my return of the equipment mid afternoon the previous Saturday) that my equipment return was past due. I called the number, left a detailed message about the approximate time of return - well w/in my contract terms and asked for it to be looked into and resolved. A short time later, I rec’d and email notification with a receipt - so I guess the matter was resolved(?)
