I used the U-Haul app for my reservation. I called customer service to confirm my reservation since I was having issues with the app. Customer service confirmed reservations and everything was correct. I received a text the morning I was to pick up the truck stating I had to switch pick up locations and I no longer had a car hauler. The gentleman at the Lees Summit location took care of us and made sure we had what we needed. He made the process a whole lot easier.

Friendly service, quick and painless!
CLINTON SParking lot has severe potholes and not enough parking for the amount of RVs and uhauls they have there. The UHAUL truck was rented to me with a check engine light, and I couldn't get any of the dash lights to work, so I had to drive with a flashlight to monitor my speed. Please ensure UHAUL trucks are properly maintained and maybe do surprise visits to locations that rent your trucks out. People don't drive UHAULs every day so having 1 that works perfectly goes a long way to ensure a great customer experience.
DANIEL NBeing a mechanic it made me cringe seeing the oil change due light being on and looking at the oil change sticker and seeing that the truck was about 5,000 miles past due. Other than that everything was great!
