At first , I was confused tha the Ace Vacuum store was also a U Haul depot. Signage was small, access to store front limited as it is not visible from the parking lot and limited from access road. Signage small and not seen from road. U Haul equipment not visible as they are stored in another shopping center’s rear parking lot. Concept and access OK once you know what is happening. I do want to give a very positive shout out for the man I worked with. Very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable of process and gave helpful hints. Thank you.

Van was dirty. Process of checking in at one location and going to another location to get rental van is inconvenient.

Joshua OThere was no instruction that you needed to park quite far away from the location and then go in to turn in the key. Consequently, I had to park, move, park, and then go back to the shop. Otherwise, it was fine.
