Not your fault but the check in process at this location does not work. The vehicles are located in an area where the internet is hard to pick up and made the process of uploading necessary pictures difficult. I also rented the truck online but my father was driving it. In no way did it tel me you would need to take a picture of my drivers license so that was confusing. Side note, it should mention a lock is not available on the truck. My family had to go buy a lock as we had the truck loaded overnight and did not want anything stolen. We wouldâ€™ve been fine with getting one ourselves but it should mention that or it should be an option to rent much like the dolly.

Too long of a story. Didnâ€™t have my truck I reserved 2-1/2 weeks prior. So on and so on. Took U-haul 3 hours to set me up with another truck. Smaller so now I have to make 2 trips. 3-1/2 hours. 179 miles each way. You do the math.
While location is decent, the attendant friendly, and the truck clean, the check engine light came on <10 minutes after picking up the truck. It survived the move, but I had unnecessary stress wondering if the truck would hold out.
The truck had residue of pets in the main cabin, hair and dust. There was a very strong smell. The windshield was grease
I left the facility around 11am prior to the return day/time. On paper it shows 10:11am, when I returned it at 11am which I thought was the limit I had until I was charged double. I thought it was $40 to rent for the day. Nope I was charge $30 twice instead and per mileage on top of filling up the tank back to where it was, an additional $25. That is ridiculous so my $40 initial thought turned out to be $130! I say that is bs. No other location charged for a dolly too? It a damn scam at this location and for u-haul to be a part of it. I am very disappointed. Never again will I use this service.
No customer service or way to resolve issues with an automated process. And.. youâ€™re ripping me off. Overcharging me. It says 20 dollars a day right on the side of the truck. Also. It wasnâ€™t the right truck. So I needed more trips for the job.
I was to be left a hand truck and it was not there. The office closed early and I was left a quick message telling me so 15 minutes before they closed with no helpful directions. The truck was dirty.
I reserved it online then it wouldn't authorize me to pick it up. Had to wait an hour on customer service to correct the problem. Then they charged me double for a 2nd day rental when I returned it the same day within 3 hours of picking it up. Absolutely horrible.

The back where I put my stuff was leaking. I would not have noticed but unfortunately it was storming when I got the uhaul. My recliner got wet and some of my clothes

I received a call from customer service for them to change my pickup/drop off location. The guy on the phone was rude and when I was asking questions there was another guy yelling at me from somewhere else in the room. I had never rented a uhaul before and didn't know how things worked. I ended up calling back and spoke to Sue Ann, and she was very informative and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation.
