Very old truck - for a relocation from Utah, US to Canada with over 1,200 miles of driving this truck was very uncomfortable (the seats and the control panel). The steering wheel was literally crumbling into pieces in my hands and it was extremely dirty (the wheel) - even after using nearly half a box of wet napkins to get rid of the grease and dirt from it, it was still very sticky and nasty to touch. It needed to be replaced long time ago. The rest of the truck was pretty clean.

Scott CThe text I got for the reservation, which I followed to the app, did not highlight or explain the steps I needed to take to complete the reservation. I have an Android phone if that helps. This delayed our pickup by 45 minutes.
BRIAN BWe mayyyybe drove the U-Haul 8 miles but I would be so shocked if it was even that far, and we were charged for 20 miles. I asked to see a receipt ahead of time because it seemed high but she said it would be emailed after. I watched her read the odometer so I trusted it was fine, but nope. Definitely got overcharged which is frustrating.
