I was not told there was an extra charge for returning the equipment after hours. There is no apparent reason for this surprise extra charge. Why does that cost more? I dropped it off the same way I would have if the office was still open and I returned it before I was scheduled to return it.
KEVIN MWe dropped it off and were told it was all good and we were off to smooth sailing, got charged a cleaning fee even though it was cleaner than when we got it? I'm not sure why and there isn't listed reasons or contact info, no pictures required of inside truck/cabin when picking up so not sure there's any way to decide what "clean" is between different locations

WESTON RThe location is really crowded. It’s a used car lot and the parking lot is very full. I had a very difficult time returning the trailer. It caused me a fair bit of anxiety because I had to back across multiple lanes of a road and obstructed traffic. If I rent again I will go out of my way to rent from a different location.
