Pickup location was changed night before. No assistance was given to hook up trailer. No one came out to even look at trailer which was parked on wasteland behind strip mall. No questions were asked about whether or not I even had correct trailer hitch lights did not have connection cable to plug into truck. Had to buy connector and then lights did not work on trailer. Confirmed lights did not work at drop off point. Original reservation included a dolly which was not on the trailer and agent did not have one to supply me with. Will not use U Haul again

I was charged 3x on my credit card . 1 time for 75 and 2x for 55 . This is very frustrating to have to de with this . Please correct this

EDUARDO RTruck did not have utility dolly or furniture pads as reserved. People count on these items when making reservations. Don’t offer them if you cannot fulfill the request.
