I think the renting process at this location is a little bit awful for customers since the customer is responsible to pick up the equipment on the back yard, then bring it to the front for inspection. Never seems anything like this on my previous experiences renting U-Haul equipments in the past.
GABRIEL FThere were lots of trucks and trailers in a small area but I was able to find a spot to park it and and go into office/store to finish the paperwork Very friendly and welcoming!
eugene gFirst, they gave me a truck I didn't order. Second, the van they gave me apparently wasn't mine. They called me at 11:40 pm looking for the van and kept bothering me for three days. I even told them I was going to call the police to look for the van. I'll never rent from there again.
