I think the renting process at this location is a little bit awful for customers since the customer is responsible to pick up the equipment on the back yard, then bring it to the front for inspection. Never seems anything like this on my previous experiences renting U-Haul equipments in the past.

There were lots of trucks and trailers in a small area but I was able to find a spot to park it and and go into office/store to finish the paperwork Very friendly and welcoming!

First, they gave me a truck I didn't order. Second, the van they gave me apparently wasn't mine. They called me at 11:40 pm looking for the van and kept bothering me for three days. I even told them I was going to call the police to look for the van. I'll never rent from there again.

I needed to sweep out the inside of the truck. Previous customer left it very dirty. Front area of truck had small empty alcohol bottles of fireball, fast food bags, and other garbage to be thrown away. Truck had a strong fishy odor. The vehicle worked fine, it was just unclean. The owners of the location were professional, friendly and polite.

With my trailer on-line reservation the previous day I had also reserved an appliance dolly. When I picked up the trailer I was told there were no dollies. I had to stop at a different rental company to pick one up. It would be helpful if the website reflected current inventories.

Rental vehicle was several years old and had 146 K miles on it fortunately I only needed for a couple of hours and 33 miles, also this vehicle had very poor gas mileage and I was easy on the pedal.

The only reason I give one star in the review is because of the customer service, other than that it's over charged, I would say Home depot is cheaper because they give some miles included with the rental price.

We picked up the truck at Lehigh Vape & Smoke on Friday at 5 pm. They were very friendly and conversational. Many trucks were in both the front lot and in the back. No issues at all. I would definitely recommend this location.

I reserved months ago and on Saturday I was sent to three locations. Original had not set me up for pick up and was closed. Second had no truck key in the box. Drove all over FtMyers. Two hours late to meet my movers.!Was told I would be compensated. Charged additional miles. Horrible experience and expensive two hours overtime for the moving company. Will be very hesitant to use UHaul again.

I received the truck with no gas. It’s was dirty and the equipment I received was in the truck. The truck was supposed to be in the parking lot and was located in the back of the plaza. The chose to pick up the truck at 6am through the mobile app. It was the worst experience. The agent had to verify my reference which they called at 6 am in the morning. The first two did answer since it was so early. I would never use the mobile app again.

What was missing is ( tounge jack ) to help me lift the trailer while it was loaded, it was so hard to lift it up. Anything else was perfect, thank you
