The facility wasn’t open during drop off. It should be noted that while the place of business may be open on Saturday’s, it’s not open for U-Haul customers. However, the representative that I spoke with when I called to let them know that we had dropped it off, she was very helpful and courteous.

Joseph CRatcheting hardware on auto transport trailers need better maintenance. I experienced difficulties with one side and feared it would loosen throughout my trip. I had to make multiple stops to adjust and make sure it would hold the vehicle in place.
