I should have been able to pick up my rental from 7275 Carolina Beach Rd Wilmington, NC 28412 (MG Carolina Beach), but was told by the virtual person on the screen that this location "does not rent 1-way rentals" and that no other locations in the Wilmington area would allow 1-way rentals, and that the closed facility available to me was over 40-mins away (more in traffic) in Leland and that I could not get there before they closed. That rep should be fired. The Rep / Agent at the Leland office was VERY accommodating and deserves a promotion (or at least a Bonus). We are so grateful for him. He was amazingly helpful, friendly & sympathetic to our situation that the other office put us in. Thank you Johnny !!

Amazing place great customer service
NIGUEL WThe gentleman working there was not helpful. He took the keys and said the truck will be checked in at some point. It was not checked in for 7 hours after I dropped it off.

CHARLES WNo one met us there. We got a call 2 days after returning, asking if the vehicle had been returned. We picked up the vehicle at 8:30 AM and returned it at 4PM, the same day. Should have been a discount in cost. We contacted the drop off business while waiting outside. He gave directives as he would not be available for 1 hour. Drove the vehicle where he directed and put the keys In the location directed. Not sure why we got a call stating it was never returned? It should have shown on the record, it was returned 7 hours after pick up.
