James rThis rental situation was a nightmare! I arrived an hour late and had to figure out how to check in the truck. There was no "Pickup my truck link in the app". I figured out that i needed to change the reservation time. I then had issues with the app and had to call UHAUL. That resulted in a 30min wait for a representative to answer, which then had to transfer me to truck share. Got the application to work, and the code word didnt work on the lock. I rented a 26ft truck and left in a 10ft truck. I also left without the dolly, and pads I paid for. UHaul said they removed them from the reservation, but they didnt. I ended up having to do multiple trips, which resulted in more miles and increase costs, not to mention a further 2hr delay in getting started!
