There were no staff present. There were several large trucks parked away from the building in no site of the door. The phone number on the receipt was not correct. There were no visible signs indicating where to go. Finally after checking several buildings and offices, the location was in the back of the complex. The location did have a sign to call and someone answered. The instructions were to leave the key under the seat and door unlocked. A little uncomfortable since mileage and condition is important. The truck had a severe issue, the engine would rev up when coming to a stop for no reason requiring me to put the truck in neutral rapidly to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of me at a stop light. I’m not sure this location passed on this concern, he was not attentive and asked no clarification.

When you have set business hours and you say you want a in person check in you better have a person there. I chose the leola location because it was close and they were open till 530pm. Due to a unexpected death in the family I had changed my reservation to 2. When we got there the place was closed and I missed my time after trying to figure out what to do. I couldn't stay because I had to go to a funeral. After being transfered around I finally got a sales manager that wanted me to give him a time of When we would be picking up the truck. I had no Ideal so he put 9pm. By the time we left I missed that time too because the funeral was an hour away. The reception sucked really bad at the location which made using the app very difficult. I had to drive around the parking lot to get ok wifi. From start to finish it was awful & stressful. I won't be recommending this location!!
Michelle FLocation was closed even though I arrived within business hours. No one answered the phone number posted on the door. The keys to the vehicle i was assigned were nowhere to be found. Had to call customer service and they were actually helpful thankfully. They were able to swap my trucks and get me on the road 45 mins late but I still got where I needed to go.

Matthew MWe showed up after hours to do a moble app pickup. There was not adequate cell service for me to use the app. i have ATT service. I had to drive across the street to find WiFi so I could do all the check out work with a Uhaul rep. The check out issues added an additional hour to my evening. I got a late start and this was frustrating for my help that was lined up and waiting. On top of this I did t have my furniture pads that were requested. I will not use uhaul again. When I need a small truck I will head to Home Depot.
