Darrel KThe overall experience with U-Haulwas terrible, but this location was very good. Arrived at a U-Haul much closer to us, had a reservation for over 2 weeks, but they had no truck for us (what!!??). No truck of even a smaller size. We then had to travel 32 minutes to get to this new location. Wasted a lot of time, a lot of gas and had six guys waiting to help, but lost them earlier since I couldn't get the truck. This location was super helpful, everything worked well and they at least commiserated on how on bad The experience was overall.
