The inside of the van was not clean. It had some type of construction dust in the bed. Had to sweep it out before we could use the space but was still “dusty”. Also was some food wrapper type trash in the passenger door storage. This is a great place to lease from, but the vehicle could have been cleaned better.

Got moved locations for the vehicle and they were charging extra for the 20ft box truck because I got moved. The move was made by UHaul because of availability at my original location. Thankfully I checked my reservation and was able to get it corrected before paying. The staff at the location were very helpful and called UHaul to figure out the issue and got me my reserved price for the truck. Making sure that the reservation pricing matches and gets passed to the pick-up locations would be helpful.
