I didn’t want to give the location a bad review , but our experience about getting the dreaded call 24 hours before the pick up. We confirmed the location pick up in bethel several weeks before. We were told they were sold out. We knew someone else, last name Brock that picked up the same size truck at the location. I know for a fact we confirmed weeks before him. Going to the Lewis center location caused us a delay of 2 hours . It was only 13 miles but took us way out of our way and traffic was horrible in this area. Very dissatisfied

JULIA SHe was rude because I get stuck in the move and a lot of stuff I need to throw and when I went Sunday to throw it away the place it was close I try to call the UhAul place to tell them that I need to extend for Monday and no one answered because it was closed and when I returned the truck Monday he almost jumped on me that we will not rent u next time from this location it was very poor costumer service and when I rent a truck I pay money for it I don’t take it for free …. Thank u
