The overall experience with U-Haulwas terrible, but this location was very good. Arrived at a U-Haul much closer to us, had a reservation for over 2 weeks, but they had no truck for us (what!!??). No truck of even a smaller size. We then had to travel 32 minutes to get to this new location. Wasted a lot of time, a lot of gas and had six guys waiting to help, but lost them earlier since I couldn't get the truck. This location was super helpful, everything worked well and they at least commiserated on how on bad The experience was overall.

DAVID RI didn’t want to give the location a bad review , but our experience about getting the dreaded call 24 hours before the pick up. We confirmed the location pick up in bethel several weeks before. We were told they were sold out. We knew someone else, last name Brock that picked up the same size truck at the location. I know for a fact we confirmed weeks before him. Going to the Lewis center location caused us a delay of 2 hours . It was only 13 miles but took us way out of our way and traffic was horrible in this area. Very dissatisfied
