Check tires I had a flat tire on my trailer when I left. I didn't check it either. So not their fault

I feel that if a reservation is created weeks in advance, you should get the size truck that you reserved. We only required the 10â€™ truck and had wasted space and parking issues with the 15â€™ truck.

Mirrors could not be adjusted, gas tank would shut off repeatedly during fueling, someone must have coated steering wheel with cleaner ,slippery, could barely steer safely!!

Great costumer service from Kristy. The downfalls, Seating area of truck needed to be wiped down a bit, dirty windshield/ lots of bugs on it, made it a bit hard to see.

Hello, I'm party #2 of a u-haul rental that took place on 12/26/18 from 11:01am to 4:45pm. My receipt came to me in email form which I have retained and my debit card has been charged for $115.06. Which is 2x the amount I was told. My itemized receipt proves that I was charged for TWO days. We were guaranteed 6 hours with the u-haul. We returned it within that time frame. Never were we told it had to be back by a specific time. My domestic partner and myself have made multiple phone calls (I also have emailed) and have been told by the receptionist that she was working on it, and she did call me back and verify that a refund was being given. That was in JANUARY. It's been over 4 months since I've moved and seeing I've been overcharged - I'm not impressed. I do expect something to be done. We rented a 12â€™ enclosed trailer. The hitch for the trailer was lying on the ground meaning that my husband and I had to lift it onto the hitch of our truck. Not impossible but difficult. We saw trailers like this at both the pick up and drop off locations. Would have been nice if the pick up location would get the trailer ready for you by having them up on a cinder block at least. Donâ€™t know if one person could do it by themselves.

The location was actually quite out of the way of Bradford, and after all of the added charges when you think of 19.95, and it turns out to be $80, I feel like I have been had...it was quite a lengthy process as well... I uploaded my license and credit card online the night before but had to re-do all of that once I was onsite again PLUS I had to have reference called while I was there waiting in the cold...it was actually very frustrating. I am not sure that I will do this again.
