The location was actually quite out of the way of Bradford, and after all of the added charges when you think of 19.95, and it turns out to be $80, I feel like I have been had...it was quite a lengthy process as well... I uploaded my license and credit card online the night before but had to re-do all of that once I was onsite again PLUS I had to have reference called while I was there waiting in the cold...it was actually very frustrating. I am not sure that I will do this again.

The vehicle was cleaned out ... but there was residue and actual fecal matter on the roll up door from what smelled like cattle or pigs. Thus the whole cab smelled as did the storage area (big time). We cleaned it off the door the best we could.

When we pick the truck up we had to go back the next day to get the dolly and pads they were not in the truck when we picked it up

The previous renters of the u haul didn’t return the U-Haul in time. They let us use a smaller u haul (lost 5 ft of space) and made us pay double gas for the trip back because we weren’t aloud to drop it off at the new location (pick up: Bradford- ideal drop off:Erie) not to mention we had to get another truck from a friend so we could move the rest of our stuff because the u haul was too small.

The lady, Lisa, was very rude. She told me I only had a truck when I reserved a U-box and a truck to haul it to my house. Uhaul said it would be $5 to haul the box to my house, she tried charging me $40. I wasn't able to take the box to my house because one wasn't ready and I wasn't paying $40 to haul something that was only $5. My stuff didn't fit into the box so we had to try hauling some of it back in my car. Then we were to have the truck back at 11am (I lived an hour away) she calls at 930am saying that someone else had reserved the truck I had for 11am. We get there and at 1045am after my fiance told her the truck was there but we have to load everything into the box because she wouldn't let us take it to our house she states "oh well they just canceled". Even though there's 3 other trucks of the same size apparently that is the only one that can be used. Then instead of giving us the 2 dozen furniture pads that were to come with the box she said we were o my allowed 1. I will NEVER recommend someone going to them. I'm very upset and disappointed that Uhaul is working with them. If I could have canceled my order and gone somewhere else I would have in a heart beat.

Wash the truck, clean the inside, Fill the gas tank. Don't over estimate the mileage. I was overcharged about $100, the truck was filthy, empty water bottles in door pocket and under seats, mud on floor, filthy exterior, and interior windshield, arm rest full of cigarette ashes, etc.

I signed a contract saying the equipment was cleaned without being able to look at the equipment when I got the uhaul to the moving location and opened the door there was debris all over had to sweep the equipment prior to using the front of the cab was also not very clean.

When I initially reserved my Uhaul- I spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and nice. However- I then mostly delt with a lady who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was told that the only truck available was at noon- so I made my reservation for then. I got a call on the day I was to move around 1030 asking when I was coming to get my truck- after sitting around all morning I found out that I could have had the truck at 8 am- not noon!! Upon picking up the truck- the lady was extremely rude and made several snarky comments to both myself and my father. I could not believe the lack of customer service and decency that she exibitied. I do not plan to move any time soon- but I certainly will not be recommending this location to friends and family!!!

I was very confused when I ordered a 10' truck for Sunday, to then get my reservation moved to a Saturday because the location is closed Sundays and expected to pay for both days. Then I had my reservation moved 30 miles away to a 15' truck because my original location didn't have a 10' truck. Si I finally talked to a person directly, instead of receiving emails about the changes, and have to settle for a van. The whole process was very stressful and confusing when this all happened without a verifying phone call to me personally. Abd then when I did pick up the van and what was sitting there? A 10' truck. I was very happy with the location and the check-in and check-out using the app, but the whole process to get there was miserable. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.
