VERY UPSET WITH U-HAUL ITSELF. THE APP WAS SCREWED UP WHEN I RESERVED AND DOUBLED MY RATE ON PICK UP DAY. THIS POLL IN ITSELF IS MESSED UP AND DOES NOT REFLECT MY TRUE PURCHASE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH U-HAUL. THIS COMMENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCATION. NOT HAPPY THAT I CANT GET A POLL TO REACH U-HAUL ITSELF. IVE ISED U-HAUL SEVERS TIMES THIS YEAR AND WILL CHOOSE ELSEWHERE NEXT WEEK REGARDLESS OF PRICE. U-HAUL IS NOT MY ONLY OPTION. YOU HAVE REALLY PISSED ME OFF!
RANDOLPH MI was overcharged for my rental. I did my original quote for pick-up Saturday and return Sunday and was charged for an additional day on the rental rate and the insurance as well as mileage.
JESSICA WI can not find my cost for u haul today I went 77 miles and returned to same place in 4 hours
