License plate was bent up; no fault of the location. Excellent place to do business with
WILLIAM HDue to some errors that Uhaul made, I believe concerning serial numbers I received a text that said I had not returned the rental. I phoned a Uhaul number provided in the text and the representative accused me of not returning the Uhaul truck and pull behind trailer that I had rented. The error was eventually resolved however until the error was discovered I was concerned that Uhaul would accuse me of the theft of the truck and trailer. Recently similar problems have occurred with rental car companies which resulted in customers being arrested and charged with theft.
KEITH TMy fuel level was 1/2 when I picked it up. When I returned the Uhaul it was at 3/4. I asked for a refund. They said Uhaul does not refund or credit for that. So for that I am very unhappy. I need to do another trip and may seek alternative methods.
