Low tire caused the payload to sway in the highway. Poor trailer connection. No one came to inspect the sendoff or return...I returned the trailer on 5/13 @ 6:00 p.m, NOT 5/14 9:00 a.m.

The entrance/exit is awful at this location. This needs to be fixed. We always rent from here but especially after dark and with lots of traffic, it is very dangerous getting out.
